A: We have several warehouses with locations located in the USA. We know you want your products fast! We strive to ship out your product either the same business day OR the next business day.

Q: How Long Until I Receive My Item?

A: That depends on how close you are to one of our warehouses, generally anywhere from 3-6 business days.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Firefly Craft Guarantees Your Total Satisfaction. If your product arrived in the mail damaged, or something else was wrong, we will send you a replacement immediately, at our expense.
Simply email us at support@fireflycraft.com within 30 days of the order date and we will take good care of you! Return policy does not apply to products purchased with a discount code.
